Meat Liquor is a great burger place to visit. One of my first 10/10 is there the Dead Hippie Burger

How tasty is the Motherf*#$&r? – 8/10

I have started to enjoy much more simple burger recipes because they really highlight the ingredients and the execution. Тhe burger was cooked really well but wasn’t exceptional considering the simplicity of the recipe.

Pros:
+ Smashed patty was good
+ Cheese felt right
+ Bun was soft

Cons:
– Smashed patty needs more crust
– Needed a bit better execution for a 10

• American Cheese
• Brioche Bun
