Husk Brewery is a great place that I recently found in the Canning Town / Silvertown area right below the Emirates Airline. Has great beer and really good food!

How tasty is the Motherf*#$&r? – 7.5/10

This burger is my second try at the brewery. Although meat continues to be amazing this time it was simply too much. All the ingredients were right it is just the ratios were a bit off. I liked the bacon more this time, it was done the right way!

Pros:
+ Beef was juicy
+ Bacon was tasty
+ Bun was great

Cons:
– Meat was overwhelming
– Cheese wasn’t present
– More relish needed

The Burger had:

• 2x Bacon
• Cheddar Cheese
• Homemade Gherkins
• Onions
• Brioche Bun
