I believe I’ve covered all the burger places around work so I will repeat myself with honest. They are on average very good burgers so I know I can always have a nice experience when going there. Visiting for a Christmas lunch with my team it was apropriate to order the Christmas burger which is available until 31st of December (at least this time you have time to try it after the review)

How tasty is the Motherf*#$&r? – 7/10

It is the special burger of the month so it was an easy choice. The recipe also looked delicious so I was ready for the small heart attack concidering the ingredients

The size: Medium

The burger had:

• Beef Patty
• Deep-fried Camembert
• Cranberry Sauce
• Smoky Bacon
• Rocket

In this case the burger was cooked slightly above medium which was great since there was more of that grassy beef taste. Honest don’t tend to use a lot of spices around the burger and it isn’t premium quality and I think it is valid to sacrifice a bit of that juciness of the patty for more flavour. The bacon was tasty and was acting as a middleground for all the ingredients. The smokiness could be felt since there wasn’t anything that can mask. For me it was slightly too thick to bite through so sometimes you ended up with a lot more and sometime with no bacon at all.

The center piece of the burger for sure is the deep fried Camembert. Normally I would expect a strong, punchy to the nose sent from it but the crust was protecting the eater. The overall taste wasn’t as strong as I expected and you could feel a very mellow stincky feet taste and flavour. Joke aside I loved it since it went so well with the sweetness of the cranberries. The dissapointing part for me was the deep fry, it had to heavy of a taste and the majority of the time it was overpowering a lot of the other ingredients so there wasn’t really a good balance. It was tasty though!

The rocket salad was not felt due to the other strong flavours, either put 3 times more or don’t put at all.

Burger joint venue and overall experience? – 7/10

Rosmary potatoes are a huge win, I can devour so much from them. They might me too salty for some but I love them.

I feel beer choice has decreased I would really like a few more IPAs .

Quirkiness level of the experience? – 5//10

I love theming things, it gives them identity and this was nicely themed burger  but nothing too wierd.
