How tasty is the Motherf*#$&r? – 9.5/10

This was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. Normally I’m someone attracted to interested recipes and their good execution. I’m weary of simple burgers because it is obvious when something goes wrong. Well this burger was almost perfect

Size: Large

The burger had:

• Beef Patty
• Jalapenos
• Cheese
• Onions
• Shredded Lettuce
• Brioche Bun

The patty is what you expect from a high quality meat. The beef flavour was prominent and it was very well spiced. There wasn’t a bite where the taste would be diluted by any of the other flavours. As a simple burger should be, the meat was its centrepiece. It was a delight through every bite.

The cheese was nice but is my only critique for the burger. Its flavour was prominent only through some of the bites. It tasted like the standard processed cheese used for burgers but I don’t mind it because it was a very classic taste. I would simply add a double cheese by default. Next time I’m there I’m fore sure ordering with extra cheese

Every burger joint should serve the lettuce as Rox – shredded. It is less of a slippery madness, you can fit more lettuce and showcase more of its flavour and earthy freshness simply because you can easily put much more of the lettuce. Combine that with the acidity from the jalapenos and the onions and you get a great burger salad. The jalapenos were felt in every bite,  they weren’t too spicy but just enough to bring out the specific chilli taste in every bite

The brioche was fresh and lightly sweet and was a great holder for these great ingredients.

Burger joint venue and overall experience? – 5/10

Other than amazing burgers and decent fries there wasn’t much except soft drinks. Thankfully they are sharing an area with a bar but even thee the IPA selection wasn’t great. I had a Punk IPA by Brewdog

Saw people having wings so that might be worth exploring

Quirkiness level of the experience? – 2/10
