A heavy meal
Boom! Burgers is one of the better places in Sofia for burgers. I’m yet to try others

Due to the fact that there are new burger every month I have the need to come and try a new burger every time. As I’ve said before I think Boom! burgers is one of the best places in Sofia, Bulgaria to eat a burger. So far I have been quite satisfied or… in pain
How tasty is the Motherf*#$&r? – 6.5/10
So this burger is called The Last Meal but I don’t think it would be my last burger of the year. It was a tasty burger but the main reason I’m giving it a 6 was the not so well executed recipe
The burger had:
- 2x Irish Beef Patty
- 2x Chedar
- Crispy Bacon
- Gherkins
- Bacon Mayo
- Baked Garlic
- Jalapenos
- Brioche Bun
The beef as mentioned before is the weakest part of the Boom! Burgers franchise. The meat is good quality and it was one of the times when you could balance its taste even with the delicious crispy bacon. Non the less it is a bit bland and some more flavour can improve the overall balance of the burger
Please put bigger slices of cheese, on the good bites you could feel it and it was complimenting the rest of the ingredients in other cases it wasn’t really there. A more mature cheddar might be a better choice
I love the combination between jalapenos and the gherkins ( put a bit more, you can never go wrong with relish ingredients on a burger ).
I am a bit disappointed with the baked garlic since I couldn’t feel it, not sure if it was there at all. Don’t put ingredients in the burger only for their sake of them if they can’t be tasted on balanced out.
Burger joint venue and overall experience? – 7/10
As usual Boom! Burgers have a great selection of craft ales and interesting beers to compliment your burger experience.
Choice of beer: White Stork
The fries as usual were amazing. They always remind me of the fries grandma used to make.
Quirkiness level of the experience? – 10//10
A good burger place with rotating burgers and ales. There is always a guarantee for a new experience
